U.S. Shipping The U.S. Post Office has recently changed the way it processes mail. Their new high speed sorting machines damage a significant proportion of all CDs mailed in cardboard flats. To avoid damage to your CDs, all fulfillment orders are packaged in 6 x 9 bubble mailers. The package is then shipped by first class mail anywhere in the world. International Shipping CDs shipped outside the U.S. require a customs declaration, additional postage, and extra work to process. These CDs are also packaged in 6 x 9 bubble mailers. A customs sticker is applied and the package is then shipped by air mail anywhere in the world. All international shipments must have a customs sticker and must be mailed directly at a post office. |
Lost/Defective CDs and Returns We will replace, at no cost to you, all lost or defective CDs that are reported to us within 30 days from the date they were sent. (We can not replace lost CDs sent to Nigeria or Pakistan.) In addition, we offer a $1.00 credit for each of your packages that is returned to us (your customer gives you a bad or non-existent address, so the package comes back to us.) |
