Signing up is easy. We need your master CD, label graphics, a signed distribution agreement, and any optional items like flyer master, serial number/password information, etc. Email us for a copy of the distribution agreement. We batch process your CD orders once per day. Orders received by 10 am Central Time (Chicago) will ship within 2 business days. You email us one shipping list each day. (We can also process individual order emails from most e-commerce providers.) The shipping text list is formatted as a group of mailing labels. The first mailing label is a special label telling us who you are and what product to send. The rest of the labels tell us who to send products to. All mailing labels are 6 lines long, with only 5 lines actually used (the 6th must be blank). This text file is simply fed to a standard label printer, which prints your special order label first, and then all the shipping labels for that order.
We can also print personalized registration labels along with your mailing labels. (Additional cost of $.05 per product shipped.) We bill you at the end of each month, by email. All invoices are due by the 15th of the following month. (Within 15 days.) We can optionally bill a credit card on a monthly basis. |
